San Diego based Playersoft Technologies has successfully launched Host Player Management™ at the famous WinStar World Casino & Resort located in Thackerville, OK. The product is live and the product is already having a positive impact on the operation by automating processes and providing better customer service.
Chickasaw Nation’s WinStar World Casino has selected Host Player Management™ to provide and extend their world class customer service, allowing their team of Hosts to manage players on and off the casino floor. With the assistance of Playersoft’s state of the art, user friendly software, Hosts will have a tool to increase their focus on customer service, build revenue and increasing customer loyalty.
